Ok,never write about chapter 8.

Wisdom calls out to us but we don't bother about it. Wisdom is JUST! Nothing we desire can ever compare to wisdom. To fear the lord,we have to hate evil like pride,arrogance,evil behaviour & preserve speech. Wisdom have UNDERSTANDING & POWER!

WOOOO...i like this part.

Love wisdom and she will love us,seek it and we will be able to find. Wisdom is better than any of the riches of this world and it is the way of righteousness,along the path of justice.

Wisdom was appointed from eternity,the beginning and before the world began. Before anything was created,wisdom was created. Wisdom was with god to plan everything and wisdom delight GOD day by day,rejoicing always. Blessed is the man who follow wisdom wisely as we can find life in it& recieve favour from the lord.

HIHI:) I feel so blessed because the contacts that cheryl and me evax on were responsive and maybe they are coming down for MASQUERADE~ YEA. I'm soooooooooooooooooo HAPPY. Ok, back back. Proverbs is cool. there was this verse on money which remind me of one of my sheep. After cg at pasir ris park, i sat on the bus with my sister,jaslin and i just looked out and started to pray for hilda & Qi en. When i was praying for hilda parents to allow her to come, i was reminded of this song, GOD WILL MAKE A WAY. And i started to sing it & humming to its tune.

I felt so joyful after singing that song and started to believe that YES, GOD WILL MAKE A WAY in parents or whatever thigns that is hindering her . Yea, been thinking lately that i should mature and not laugh at small things or poke jokes at people like "zhu min" all those or laugh at germaine moles. HAHa. Ok, just joking. But i think it is bad to laugh at people uhs cause people grow like that de. Can't change tat fact. WAHAHAHAHAH. Ok. Bla.. Proverbs i will post asap. I'm going to study during june holiday! My position in class is 31 /40 and 41 for level. shucks lo, so lousy le. A.maths fail only . The other rest all pass. But lousy grade. 1 grade 4 other is 5. 1 U grade sia... :(

There are time that we will come to a point and ask ourself which path we'll take. Though the easiest one is the most tempting one, it'll eventually leads us to sin/hell. To get to the promised land safetly, we must do our best. Obstacles will be there for us but we dont have to be scared cause God is helping us! (:

We don't have to impress our leaders/ show off to them what we are doing. Because afterall, we're not doing all this for them. Its for God!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! God look @ our heart. When you do to impress for your leaders, you are also sinning cause you forgot there is someone bigger that your leader - GOD!!!!!!!!!!




Proverbs 15:19

"The way of the sluggard is blocked with thorns but the path of the upright is the righteous"

Also the same theory as:
early morning wake up, you haven't fully open your eyes and you can't see things clearly. Unlike when you're up & fresh, you'll be able to see things much much more clearer!
Before we complain/blame God that he's putting too much obstacle in our life, check and see what you've done to allow all theis obstacle to come in your way.

How i feel is just like the parables regarding The Lost Sheep and The Lost Coin! HAHAHA! Luke 15:1-10, same concept. When one sinner repents, whole heaven rejoices. When one can join us for camp, idk- we all rejoice! Yay~~~ Let's pray for money to appear in Cally's wallet and Adrelia's mom's signature to appear on her form for full-time reg. now. hahaha! Ew so lame.

Okay germaine, i ALWAYS laugh whenever you post. Can you stop it?

hahhaah. anyways.
I just read this person's sms and her genuine desire to grow is really what we need! And i read germ's blog - http://101bravehearts.blogspot.com -, regarding refreshment.. We need it too. Hahhaa! There's so many things on hand now and the main main is germaine, lol no lah, the main of the mains is... Our walk with God! Simple devotions, QT and meeting our people.. But prayer is more than these, it's during the times when we talk to God... it's where we build this relationship, understanding and trust. Of cuz, reading of the Word too. But as we serve, let's commit it fully to God alright? i too, need to watch over my own life as exams are coming (whee, boooo actually..). And as for you girls, holidays are coming, WHAT MORE!!

Like what germ mentioned, use your time wisely man!! Only a fool will let things go as it is. But if you are wise enough, start planning and making use of your holidays! Becuz not only will your life grow, your people's one too!! Ultimately, we want to see us grow altogether. Who says it's difficult? All we need is God + diligence = Growth

I'm back home from PasirRis Park caregroup and I'm feeling hungry now! My mum didn't pack my dinner! I'm pathetically biting on Raisin bread, but anw, thank God for that cause its quite yum-meh.



I'm posting on many nights qt cus its a long time since I post.


Proverbs 6v20-22
20 My son, keep your father's commands
and do not forsake your mother's teaching.
21 Bind them upon your heart forever;
fasten them around your neck.
22 When you walk, they will guide you;
when you sleep, they will watch over you;

No matter what we are going through/feeling we must always cling on to God's word. Whatever method we use, we should remember and live according to it. Take me for an example.. whevener i scold/shout or even have inside feeling towards any people, I'll be reminded @ this verse...

"You have heard that it was said, 'Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.' But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you." - (Matthew 5:43)


but then, also I'll be ashamed @ myself for not being able to be disciplined. Roars, I really need help on this!









After reading chpt7, I'm MORE DESPERATE FOR WISDOM & UNDERSTANDING

Chpt 7 v 4

You may have money/certificate(s) but all these are just temporary! They won't be coming w us to Heaven. So we should all ask for Wisdom to solve problems and Understanding in understanding why is it done this way. HAHA, Complicated but yeah, try to understand! :D


Even Jesus need/require Wisdom. Creating Heaven & Earth? - All require WISDOM!!!
No need to say luh, Jesus ask for wisdom to create heaven and earth. OH COURSE WE ALSO NEED LAH!!




I dont know what verse but I wrote this:

I was preparing for LTTF's teaching and I was reminded that whenever we do requires time and there's two way to use it. Either you use it wisely or stupidly (waste time). Eg. QT, we either learn&apply or just completely WASTE TIME lor!

A moody me, but i still wanna rejoice before i sleep

Just got home! Ah terrible for me night. Everything was just fine until my ezlink card became 'useless'. As good as crippled card. Guess the condition got too bad with all those chipped-off sides and all.. I was really worried. Thank God for great friends who lent me some coins and helped me in whatever way they could. Waileong, yiqin, kelly, yanyu. Haha. Then received call from flo, she forgot to bring her phone out today and so i brought it out, hoping to find her to pass it to her. Then realized i was of no help at all. Lol i'm not condemning myself. But maybe i just find that, things aren't going the way i wanted it to be. Lol..

Blah. I felt terrible, till i was at my house's void deck. Listening to this praise song which really just touched me. The line, the joy of the Lord shall be our strength. With a useless card, and i'm back home, God is happy that i'm safe. God brought me home safely. Hee. What am i talking... i just want to say that I'm really happy that God is my strength. Seriously i don't know how to say this but... phew, My God is the Best!!!

Been a long time since i update. Thanks for reminding jeslin. Really thank god that i found my orange file which contains oasis camp notes and other church stuffs and my first sermon book! Thank god for my mother luh! :)

Chapter 6 : it tells me like if we have a fight with someone,quickly get yourself out from it and run like a deer (fast) and like a bird(freedom). ant are msart insect as they dont have to listen to what anyone says and do it by themselves. I really want to be like a ants though i keep killing them. HAHA! Always look forward to sth and not laze around,doing nth as it won't help you much uhs. There will be poeple that goes around with a corrupt mouth,winks at each other,shuffle their feet,when talking to peopl,cross finger behind their back and always want to stir up trouble for people.

What your parents says will protect you and won't harm you.

Adultery is a brainless act,

soul-destroying,

What it means is obvious as when you done what is wrong, expect all those as it is on cheating wife,so,the cheated husband will feel upset,and full of revenge. Whatever the person do,it won't satisfy him.

I had a great time reading that camp testimony flo posted on her cg's blog. hahaha! Laughing cow!! :D oh my, in any case, i just blog-hopped around and realized our easta blog is dead since january. Compared to eastc's, their last updated was may09, and eastd's was apr09. HAHAHAH! Ohno, it can't be that pathetic! Ohyes it is that dead. Gotta do something about it. I'm more concerned with our unit's blog :x hahahaha!

Randomly, i'm really loving yellow!! :D cuz of this girl whom i saw, she really looked good in yellow stuffs. ok i know it somehow may not apply to me, but it's sucha sunshiney colour!

Reading proverbs7 is like about... some adulteress thing. Haha! Well, sometimes we just give in to sin and our only reason is that: it's tempting. But even the most tempting moments can be smacked down (!) as long as we listen, keep and obey God's commands. It can be feigning ignorance for some of us, becuz we always believe in repentance. But what's true repentance, then? Goodness, if we think it that way, it'll be easy for mr sa.tan to get a hold of us and our weakness all the time. It's time we grow up.

Well, in proverbs8, i learned much from this passage. But i'll just post a summary of my summary. In v.15, i don't know why, it just reminded me of mr obama. hahaha! And after i read the bible, decided to catch some news. Blah. Saw obama again. (ok very random).. But one verse which i want to memorize is v.17..

I love those who love me,

and those who seek me find me.

Do i love God? Do i seek God? Do i know God? Do i?

Had caregroup today!
Oi, i'm the most faithful blogger here okay! :D
Oh anyways, today's caregroup was crazy. TOO MANY GAMES, tiring eh. hahaahaha! Chairing played animal concentration. Memory verse played darts. Testimony played "treasure" hunt. Games played ice and water. And some bible-book game. hahah! Crazyyyyyyyy! But in any case, i believe the whole caregroup wanna give thanks to God that, ANG KARMIN can come for camp, Full-time! So excited! So happy! So cool! Haha! Seriously, God is a great God! Yesterday, my MFLs and i were just praying for our people to go for camp (those who cannot make it) - and today, here came the goodie news :) lol. More to come!!!!!!!!!!!!

Proverbs six

I'm back!
Okay i want to continue on chapter6 :D

Sometimes we feel that church activities are tying us down, but why don't we see it as other stuffs that are doing so? We may be placing wrong priorities, it may be peer pressure etc. God is a God who gives us freewill, not a you-must-do-it-my-way God. He allows us to make a choice. In all that we do, we gotta bear the consequences. What's done cannot be undone. So consider our choices carefully, and leave no regrets.

Another thing that i learnt about is the attitude of...an Ant. (though i kill a lot of them)
Hee. They need not wait for instructions all the time, but is clear of its needs and what is best for it. It works hard for itself, stores a harvest for the season. So the same it goes, we don't wait nor procrastinate when it comes to growing ourselves. Don't wait for leaders to ask you to do your QT then do, do it daily cuz you know you need the WOG! A little delay may hurt. Of cuz, we need be wise. There's a time to wait as well :) Don't rush when God's timing is not here yet. Life is made up of many choices, but let's learn to discern when it comes to make that choice.

Lastly, God's word should not be referred to only when you need it. But at all times, in trouble or in joy, it remains applicable. Yeah?

Hee, it's really wordy without any posting of verses. But i'm posting this up for the whole of chapter6.

Wisdom is SUPREME

OH YEAH! I'm finally blogging after ytd my dad scold me and jaslin giving me the com just to blog this. So long since i blog. :) Ok , back back.

Ytd read on proverbs 4 which to me was quite hard as most of the words were chim. But i made it through ,through a dictionary and jeslin help. Germaine help me too:) Oh gosh, the message version really help me to understand better. But if i want to use the com to write,can't do it at night. Father will NAG me. :)

From chapter 4:
Let us don't forget about god's teaching like sermons as it will really help us in the times when you are either lost or down or to teach your sheep sth. From wisdom, don't forget it as it will protect us and think highly of wisdom as it may not be what you think normally it will be and love it as it will watch over us. It will cost us anything but let us still get understanding. God leads us in a straight path through wisdom so when we walk or run,there won't be any stumbling things or anything kept from moving.

Instrutioons are important. Though it maybe a few sentences, just read. someone didn't read the chem paper instruction carefully and did all the question when you are only suppose to choose two. Yap so if she/he done badly for question two then loose alot of marks le. Not criticising anyone here. Sin/satan/wicked man will not sleep till it has accomplish what they want and they are robbed of their sleep just to make other people fall-causing another friend to sin with you. These people who are in darkness dosen't know what causes them to stumble as it is too dark.

Pay attention and listen cllosely. Don't let wisdom out of our sight and keep it within my heart. It brings life to those who find wisdom and will becom healthy. Guard our hearts well as it is the spring of life. Put away intentional behaviour or doing the opposite talk and corrupt talk away from our mouths or lips. Fix and gaze your eyes on what is directly ahead and not else where. Consider waht path is suitable for you as you got to know what path to take only when you are sure and that no one is pressing you and when you are steady and strong. Don't turn to the left or right and stay far from evil we gotta walk a staight path with god.

My God Is Bigger Than You Think

Lol funny eh. Germaine IS FUNNY! Her looooooooooooong blog post and testimonies, hahaha! :D She's just trying to act cute :x lol nah.. she is cute :D -oi you, don't umchio.

Okay the reason why i put that title is becuz i was reminded of this spf girl who posted up 27 questions about God, in full doubt! It really angers me.. I don't know how to say this but, i really wished i could explain to her.. cuz her questions are kinda, ..."you'll find that she's putting it up just for the sake of it". Like, why bible so many words. Why this why that. And indirectly, it's really insulting. Jesus received insults while He was on earth, and even till today, it hasn't stopped. I'd be sick of it even if it just lasts for a year on me. Oh God.. I should really cool down but God, please OPEN her eyes. Use anyone of us...

I just want to take some time to really consider this line. What does it mean.. First, look at what we have now- our family and friends, our finances, our achievements, our past, our present, ourselves as ourselves. Is our life really all that? It may seem like a very small issue, it's just a life. (That's why maybe some people just choose to end their lives..?) But to God, a life is a BIG thing! And i don't want to see my life as insignificant, but it is special becuz i know i can only depend on God. That stake, on God, is never a risk, it's a great investment, it is stable, it is unfailing, it is the only one that remains in this ever-changing sinful place..

I can imagine my life without God. But i can never imagine myself knowing God and not living a life with Him.

Okay sorry all! I'm unfaithful today..............cuz my eyes really very very tired already. I'd really like to post my learnings, but guess i'll just write it on a book for today. Then i'll post the main points when my next blogging opportunity comes.. :x hee. At least there's a thought which i posted :( sorry that's for comforting purpose only.. :x

TESTIMONY

I was revisng for my maths paper the day before the exams and realised that i lost my maths culcucator. then i was praying and eventually got blessed by 3 calculator. YAY! Thank God!

HAHA, oh and not sure if this a testimony but what lor. just wanna share :D

I was doing my maths paper today then i started to sweat cause one of the question is hard. then I stop doing the paper and start fan-ing myself. then like less than a minute. got thunder and it rained! YAY so happy, cause much cooler!

Proverbs Chapter 5, 6 (The message)



5-6 "The lips of a seductive woman are oh so sweet,
her soft words are oh so smooth.
But it won't be long before she's gravel in your mouth,
a pain in your gut, a wound in your heart.
She's dancing down the primrose path to Death;
she's headed straight for Hell and taking you with her.
She hasn't a clue about Real Life,
about who she is or where she's going.

7-14 So, my friend, listen closely;

Many things in life that will eventually lead us to sin and betray ourself, but as long as we hold on to God's word faithfully, we dont have to be afraid that we might fall into temptation or anything bad.

As i was bathing, it came to me... What is one thing that i will ask from God if i were to be given one wish? Of cuz, i thought of many things.. Like, God, make me love you more and more each day. Or God, make people not judge me. God, this, God, that... Lol. Childish thoughts huh. I will give it more thought. I know all those that came to my mind will only cause me to waste my wish. Esp. that first thought. Cuz i will! Lol! And i shouldn't let it be, MAKE me love you more. hahaha. Crap.

Anyways, talked to the pig about some stuffs from Proverbs 6 last night, i just want to post a short post on it :)

Proverbs 6:16-19 (The Message)

In conclusion, God hates sin. But He loves us. Right after this, in the following verse, He calls us his children. In this case, My son. Lol. But yeah, i was just looking through a teaching this afternoon and i really do believe, we all want to live a godly life. What does it mean? A life that pleases God, isn't it? So what pleases God? I was reading a book this morning and focused on the word Attitude. There are countless verses and explanations regarding attitude, but to sum it all up, it goes: Jesus, Others, Yourself - this is that which will put a smile on God's face.

Honestly, all of us can be self-centered at times, especially when it comes to a point where the opportunity cost is great. Meaning like, if we make a decision, we'd "lose out". But it really comes to a point where sometimes, "pain" is involved. One thing which i learnt from the book,
A humble spirit that accepts the hard things honours God.

EA2 - 06 May 2009

Hopefully this blog will grow the three of us in the area of discipline and sharing. Maybe it won't just be on learnings from proverbs, hopefully it'll contain testimonies too! I somehow lack the faith that this will work :x but well, we'll see how it goes. And we'll post 46.32% caregroup evaluation :D

In any case, more people turned up for caregroup today.
Jeslin, Germaine, Jaslin, Karmin, Cally, Joey, Joy, Jasmin, Cheryl and Qien! 10! Not full attendance but at least, there's a bit of improvement. Last week's was like 7. How awful i felt then :(

CG today started out with stupid questions like, if jeslin was superwoman, who'd she save if the whole caregroup fell into the sea. Of cuz i said, the little fishes :D Heheheh. Eh anyway, news about EA2A will be kelong-ing next week. It seems like some "in" thing going on in the group lah. If there's enough space, i'll kop myself there! :) Wheeeee!!
